Faulty or Incorrect Items
We will only accept return requests if an item is faulty or incorrect.
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Return Shipping
If an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by GDSP8TH.
We do not accept returns for any other reason.
Sizing Responsibility
Sizing is the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our Size Guide prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for sizing errors or fit preferences.
