Preorders

Pre-Order Items

Some items on our store are offered as pre-order. This means the product is not yet in stock and is made or produced specifically for your order.

Estimated Total Timeframe:
Once the pre-order window closes, please allow approximately 6 weeks for your order to be produced, delivered to us, and dispatched to you.

  • If your order includes both pre-order items and in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders if you would like in-stock items shipped sooner.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We appreciate your patience and support — pre-orders allow us to produce limited, high-quality pieces while reducing waste and ensuring exclusivity.

Preorders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
